Continuing plan B for moving the garage. Spring is here after a basically non-existent winter.

Last week we took the singles off the roof. This week we got those taken to the dump right away, cleaned up some rocks that were in our way, and took off the roof sheeting. Next weekend we are scheduled to take down the walls and move the garage over to its new home attached to the shop. That is if everything goes to plan. We are already working on plan B for this one part, and I’m not sure what plan we’re on for the project as a whole.

Before we could take the roof off though, we had to clear up the space where the boards were going to fall. This involved moving a lot of large, heavy rocks. Have I mentioned before that I love the tractor? I have? Okay. It seriously does save a lot of time and effort. I don’t know what we would do without it.

And the Little One had a blast breaking apart some rocks. It wasn’t something we thought to give her to do, but she saw Dad doing it and asked if she could try so, of course, we let her. She did a great job getting the old foundation stones broken apart once she got a handle of not always hitting the same spot.

That is all for now. You can now leave comments and we encourage you to do so. You can also sign-up for a mailing list so you never miss a new post.
